Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using batchlook. Last updated September 2026.
1. What batchlook is
batchlook is a tool that sends your photographs and instructions to third-party AI image models and returns edited versions for you to review, approve and download. It is not a delivery platform and does not host galleries for your clients.
2. Your photos and your rights
You keep every right to the photographs you upload and to the edited versions you download. You confirm that you hold the rights to upload them and to have them edited, and that you have any permissions needed from property owners, agents or people pictured.
You are responsible for how edited photographs are used, including disclosing virtual staging or other alterations where the law, an MLS or a client requires it. batchlook offers a "Virtually staged" label; using it is your decision.
3. AI models
Edits are produced by models operated by Google and OpenAI. Their output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or suitable, and they may decline some requests. You review every result before you approve it; batchlook is not responsible for what a model produces or for edits you approve.
4. Credits and payment
Edits are paid for in credits. 1 credit = 1¢. A run is charged at its estimate when it starts and settled to the model's reported usage when it finishes. Failed edits and edits cancelled before they reach a model are refunded in credits. Credits do not expire. Credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it. Prices per photo can change; the price shown on the button at the time you click is the price you pay.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to use, content that is unlawful, or content depicting people in a way that would harm them. Do not use batchlook to misrepresent a property in a listing beyond what disclosure rules allow. Accounts that break these rules can be closed.
6. Availability and changes
batchlook is provided as is. Model providers have outages and rate limits; edits are retried automatically and refunded if they still fail. Features can change. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, unused credits can be refunded on request.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, batchlook's liability for any claim is limited to the credits you paid in the twelve months before the claim. batchlook is not liable for lost sales, listings or client relationships.
